Community Mental Health Nurse Pay Rate: GBP26 per hour (assignment rate)

Location: Southwark, London

Contract Type: Locum 3 month contract

Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Duties of the Community Mental Health Nurse:

  • Assessment and liaison
  • Duty
  • Crisis management
  • Baseline mental health assessments
  • AMPH referrals
  • Therapy referrals
  • Liaison with primary care

Requirements of the Community Mental Health Nurse:

  • Degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing
  • Experience working as a Community Psychiatric Nurse
  • NMC Registration
  • Experience working in an NHS setting
  • Knowledge of Personality Disorder, Psychosis, Bi Polar, Depression and Anxiety
  • Trauma Refugee asylum seeker experience
