A reputable Global Construction and Property Consultancy is currently in search of a dedicated Construction Project Manager to join their team in Liverpool.

This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager who is enthusiastic about leading projects in various sectors, such as Public and Private Residential, Commercial, Mixed-use, Education, and Infrastructure.

The Construction Project Manager Role

  • Manage day-to-day project activities across different sectors.
  • Enhance professional development within a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
  • Engage with clients, stakeholders, and project teams for effective communication.
  • Oversee project financials, including budgeting and cost control.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

  • Construction Project Management degree or similar qualification.
  • Prior Project Management experience in a UK Construction Consultancy is essential.
  • Proven track record of managing projects and meeting deadlines.
