As a Project Director, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing all aspects of the project, from construction to budget management, to ensure alignment with project contracts and owner needs.
- Developing and managing project schedules, pay estimates, and procedures, collaborating with external managing partners and joint ventures to create a unified project plan.
- Engaging with project stakeholders, proactively addressing concerns, and assessing project contracts, resolving conflicts and scheduling issues as needed.
- Enforcing compliance with project safety programs and regulations, overseeing construction management decisions, and resolving disputes with project owners.
- Leading project closeout procedures, maintaining knowledge of company values and strategic plans, and performing additional assignments as directed by management.
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- A wealth of experience in construction project management.
- In-depth experience in managing personnel.
- Previous work on joint venture construction projects.
- Proven experience in bid-build, CMG, design build, and other alternative delivery projects.
- A professional qualification in Engineering or related field is a plus.
- Valid driving license.
