The B2B Content Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing content and copywriting that drive performance and engagement across Trustpilot's B2B marketing channels.

The role requires a deep understanding of B2B marketing and demand generation, as well as the ability to create high-quality copy that aligns with Trustpilot's value proposition and brand tone of voice and personality.


What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and execute content that drives engagement and conversion across our B2B channels, while servicing different regions and supporting campaign content requirements.
  • Work closely with the brand team to ensure that all content and copy is onbrand and adheres to Trustpilot's tone of voice guidelines.
  • Create compelling, value propositionaligned ad copy for all of Trustpilot's B2B campaigns and channels, including website, social, display, and blog.
  • Optimize all content and copy for search and other performance metrics.
  • Work with our Product Marketing team to create content and copy that aligns with our value proposition and brand platform.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify gaps and opportunities, and develop content to address them.
  • Conduct regular audits of content and copy performance, and adjust strategies as needed to drive optimal results.
  • Work with external partners, including agencies and freelancers, to produce highquality content and copy on time and on budget, while continuously testing and iterating to improve content effectiveness.
  • Analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly, leveraging A/B testing and other testing methodologies to continuously improve content effectiveness and engagement.

Who you are:

  • Proven experience in content marketing or copywriting
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment a plus
  • Expert in SEO best practices and content performance metrics
