We are looking to recruit a Procurement Administrator to join our Procurement team based in our East Midlands office reporting to the Group Procurement Director.

You will provide administrative support to the Group Procurement Function & Director.

The Group Procurement Team concludes national supply agreements for the entire business and is heavily involved with other operational functions including sales, production, technical, commercial and customer care teams.


Key Functional Areas

  • Management of key functional and supplier documentation
  • Updating of our supplier registers and managing/archiving of old information
  • Submitting quarterly rebate claims to suppliers, chasing & reconciling responses, requesting invoices and chasing payments.
  • Creating noncompliance reports for internal use
  • Collating monthly price index data (government & supplier sources)
  • Preparation of a variety of documents including reports, presentations, minutes
  • Dealing with calls from regions, requesting information from them and chasing for responses
  • Managing Group Supplier Ratings Survey process
  • Managing Group Supply Vendor Assessments
  • Collation of essential supplier details (e.g., insurance details)
  • Involved in managing energy meter installation, rebates, and billing processes.
  • Compiling monthly expenses
  • Hotel bookings & travel arrangements
  • Arranging meeting and meeting rooms, meeting visitors, arranging tea/coffee/lunches
  • Ad hoc (but very infrequent) reception cover
  • Other ad hoc support which is required
