About the role:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Proactively attract, source and select, through a variety of channels, the right people to meet business need. -Supporting our hiring managers to conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews.

  • Design effective selection methods, including interviews, tests, and assessments.
  • Develop proactive advertising campaigns, leveraging social media.
  • Attend careers fairs and recruitment events to help grow our brand.
  • Support Diversity and Inclusion efforts, promoting fairness throughout the recruitment process.
Our standard working hours are Monday to Thursday: 8:30am-5:00pm, and Friday: 9:00am-3:00pm with no evenings, no weekends, and an early finish every Friday

What you'll bring:

Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Outlook, Word and Excel).

  • A positive and proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
