Overview:
Specialist Networks Operations (SNO) is a company dedicated to managing large-scale fiber optic networks and providing comprehensive IT services for small-medium sized businesses (SMEs). They focus on cloud-based solutions leveraging Microsoft products such as M365 and Azure, in addition to offering network infrastructure design, build, and maintenance services. With teams in the UK and US, SNO ensures smooth network operations and high availability for clients.

You will have the opportunity to develop valuable skills, knowledge, and experience by undertaking a Multi Channel Marketer - Level 3 Apprenticeship.


Duties and responsibilities:
  • Conducting market research: gathering and analyzing data on market sizing, segmentation, customer challenges, and new market opportunities.
  • Assisting in planning and executing digital marketing initiatives across online and offline platforms.
  • Contributing to social media marketing strategies by creating engaging posts, blog content, case studies, and articles.
  • Collaborating with SNO's marketing agency as necessary.
Desired skills and qualities:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and presentation development.
  • Attention to detail and a quick learning ability.
  • Capability to work independently and within a team.
Entry requirements:
  • Minimum 3 GCSEs at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject.
  • GCSE Maths and English grades 3+ (D or above).
  • No existing qualification at an equivalent or higher level in a similar subject.
  • International qualifications should be officially compared to UK qualifications.

Annual salary:
£15,000 per year
Working week:
Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5:30 pm (40 hours per week).
