We are continuing to grow at a rapid rate, and the position must be filled by an individual who is driven and has the passion to work as part of a dynamic team.
Due to continued growth, we have a new position for an Administrator to join the Theataccounts team.
The position must be filled by an individual who is driven and has the passion to work as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced working environment.
The key responsibilities of the role will be to provide full administration support to the team of Accountants and ensuring the smooth running of the office.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Answering incoming telephone calls and transferring to the appropriate colleague
- Distributing incoming correspondence and coordinating outgoing material
- Collating, organising and scanning company documents
- Typing letters and invoices.
- Uploading and downloading documents from a secure online portal
- Providing support to the team and management on a wide range of ad hoc projects
- Other general administration duties as necessary.
- Assisting with various marketing initiatives
- Assisting with the company's credit control chasing.
Essential Qualifications/Skills
- Strong Microsoft office skills particularly Excel
- Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Work in a confidential and methodical manner
- Be keen to learn and work as part of a fantastic team
Desirable Qualifications/Skills
- Knowledge of CCH
- Experience within a similar role in an accountancy firm
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Droitwich: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
