Our client is a well-respected, North-London based, manufacturer of bespoke scientific instruments - employed in, but not limited to, bioreactors, calorimetry and battery development.

In this role, your primary responsibility will be to exceed agreed sales targets across Europe.

This will necessitate managing (hiring/training) sales colleagues and distributors, identifying new market opportunities and engaging with key opinion leadersin target markets.

You will be an exceptional communicator liaising very closely with marketing, customer support and R&D.

BSc/MSc/PhD in Science with > 5 years experience managing scientific sales teams

Excellent teambuilding and communication skills with a track record of exceeding revenue targets

The ability to build long-standing relationships with colleagues from a range of disciplines and the gravitas to bond with industry "big names"


In return this opportunity offers some scope for home working but requires you to be in office or on the road 3/4 days per week and a generous remuneration package.
