Summary of Duties:

  • To maintain accurately weighed out stock items following our systems & processes
  • To support the team with housekeeping duties in the warehouse unit & yard
  • To ensure that all activities are carried out in a safe and timely manner

Role:


To promote the Resincoat Brand by presenting our product to the highest standard through care & attention to detail adhering to the 'fit to be picked' mantra.


To support the Warehouse team to work efficiently by ensuring products required for packing are accurately prepared and fully stocked.

To support the Warehouse team to ensure that all areas are kept organised, clean & tidy.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • To weigh out & measure the components required for our products safely & accurately
  • To record & follow stock level systems via Ops Hub
  • To be aware of the Warehouse KPI's and contribute to delivering targets
  • To ensure the highest safety standards are employed at all times
  • To improve and maintain the highest level of housekeeping possible
  • To abide with Resincoat's ISO system and to carry out & participate in audits as per audit schedule
  • To propose ways in which Resincoat's process may be improved to make the company more efficient and profitable

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal & written
  • Have a keen eye with good attention to detail
  • Team player with the ability to work on own initiative
  • Possess good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise
  • Engaging personality with a 'can do' approach
  • Numerically confident
  • IT basic skills

Part-time hours: 24 per week

Salary:
£10.42 per hour
