About Our Client:


Page Personnel has partnered with a leading Law firm based in Leeds City Centre to assist in the recruitment of a Marketing Administrator to join them on a 5 months fixed-term contract.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist with competitor research and create reports
  • Assist with on brand content using templates within Microsoft packages
  • Maintain brand resources and ensure all communications are kept up to date
  • Support the Marketing team with administration tasks such as organising and maintaining spreadsheets
  • Maintain an efficient and wellorganised digital filing system
  • Organise meetings

The Successful Applicant:

  • Advanced experience of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Strong ability to selfmanage, and prioritise workloads
  • Good team player and also able to work effectively alone;
  • Excellent attention to detail and administration skills
