We are looking for a team member to join our fantastic team. Providing a happy, welcoming, safe and fun experience for our customers. We are a family run company who have been operating over 50 years. Be part of a winning Team in our Ammanford centre.

This is a permanent part time position; you will required to work an average of 12 hours per week over a three week period on a rota basis.

It is a fast paced seven-day business, so working weekends and bank holidays, when it is at its busiest, are a fundamental part of the role.

The shifts are 9.00 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. and 3.30 p.m. to 10.00 p.m Monday to Friday and 10am to 6pm Sunday. A flexible approach to working additional hours is required, as the need to cover for sickness/holidays may be necessary.
The ideal Team Member will have a passion for customer service and have a friendly and outgoing personality.

Must be reliable, trustworthy, and able to work on their own initiative as well as being part of a team.

Our mission is to deliver a welcoming, first-class level of customer service and ensure our customers have a very enjoyable visit.


MAIN DUTIES
Greet customers on arrival and leaving
Give change to customers.
Serve refreshments.
Respond to customers' queries/problems and report these to your immediate Manager.
Monitor customers' behaviour to ensure that it is not unsuitable.
Monitor customers' entry to ensure that they comply with our age restrictions or the possibility of a company ban.
Carry out daily and weekly cleaning duties.
Carry out any tasks required by your immediate Manager, Senior Manager or Company Director.
All duties will be carried out in accordance with the Company Health & Safety Policy and Procedures.

TRAINING
Each individual member of staff is a key player in the smooth running of the organisation. You will receive full training in all duties relating to the position. Your immediate Manager will give ongoing support and guidance.

Our Company Directors will outline the Company Health & Safety Policy and also explain your Terms and Conditions of Employment.

They will also be available to provide any help or support should the need arise.
