Senior Pensions Administrator

Join our team and be part of a global company in Sheffield. You will have a hybrid role allowing you to work both from home and in the office, fostering collaboration with your colleagues. We also have opportunities for Team Managers to lead our pensions administration teams.

Responsibilities:
- Act as an expert in processes, clients, systems, and tools
- Monitor team activities and manage workload efficiently
- Produce and analyze reports for internal and external clients
- Identify and resolve process issues
- Enhance processing knowledge and drive continuous improvement
- Share best practices through training
- Participate in audits
- Provide constructive feedback to improve performance
- Coordinate projects that impact team work

Requirements:
- Experience in pensions administration
- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Proficiency in Word and Excel
