Position Summary:

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead development of new products from problem definition through solution discovery to commercialisation
  • Drive continuous improvement of our emulsifiers lab and coordinate capability development globally with the Technology teams
  • Develop global marketing strategies with the Sales Manager and Business Manager
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders to deliver program outcomes at contract laboratories and service providers
  • Contribute effectively as an individual and as part of globallydistributed, crossfunctional teams
  • Undertake business travel to customers and conferences
