Secondary Responsibilities Monitors and Monitoring Liaising with the SRA and assisting in the co-ordination of all monitoring visits within remit of studies Working with the Governance Lead and SRDO to attend and take an active role in all monitoring and audit visits from internal and external partners Under the direction of SRDO and SRA, ensure the smooth running of the study close out monitor visits Finance Under the direction of the SRDO, ensuring the accurate and timely financial data upload to RADICO (internal finance system), working closely with the DSCO and SRDO Identifying any missing information from RADICO and putting into place the necessary actions to rectify and amend Supporting the ARDO with RADICO as and when necessary, overseeing and monitoring for accuracy Other Attend Site initiation Visits (SIVs) for all new studies within own remit Attend departmental meetings and huddles as required Recording and monitoring deadlines of own work and for those of the department as appropriate Working with DSCO and SRDO to apply quality control procedures to check and report the results of outputs ensuring only accurate information is delivered to the clinical and business stakeholders Having an understanding of research processes, governance and regulations while ensuring junior members of staff are working in line with these processes Completion of self-audits of projects and processes, working with the Trust Audit and Project Monitoring Officer Participating in regular meetings and co-ordinating, actioning or implementing any processes as directed by the Senior Management Team
