My client can offer a nine month purchase ledger assignment in this company, which she describes as the friendliest she has ever worked for.

Due to the expected growth of the company, the role could continue for longer than 9 months.

You will cover all aspects of purchase ledger, including:

  • Matching invoices to PO's
  • Ensuring invoices without a PO are authorised
  • Matching invoices with GRN's
  • Reconcile supplier statements
  • Updating Aged Creditors
  • Processing expenses
  • Covering sales ledger
  • Experience of an ERP system would be helpful
