Role: Multilingual Customer Service Representative



  • Must be fluent in Italian, French, and English (written and spoken)
  • Monthly paid salary equivalent to £14.50 per hour
  • Contract length: Permanent position with 5 hours per week
  • Paid 4-week training onsite, followed by 3 weeks onsite and a hybrid model
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday 9 am - 5 pm handling customer inquiries for a global Health Care organization
  • Responsibilities include resolving and escalating customer issues via phone and email, supporting in English, Italian, and French
  • Handle inbound complaints and escalate to sales representatives when necessary
  • Ensure high-quality customer experience on each transaction
  • Log customer cases accurately on the internal database
  • Problem-solving and teamwork skills required
  • Company operates in various industries such as retail, health care, hospitality, and more
  • Work Location: Hybrid remote position in Kingston Upon Thames
