Your new role

As a Quantity Surveyor you will experience working with both private and public sector clients whilst having the opportunity to showcase your ability to multitask and get stuck in with all commercial aspects of ongoing and upcoming projects.

You will demonstratethe standard QS responsibilities at a high level including advising on cost implications/alignment with client budgets, managing project risks and costs, supporting the internal commercial team, ensuring H&S regulations are complied with.

You will need tomonitor internal expenditure against budget, produce contract variation reports. Onboarding sub-contractors is a key role you will play whilst monitoring their workload and exploring business opportunities.
What you'll need to succeed

You will need to demonstrate the organisations behaviours including being a positive professional that is a team player and can work effectively independently and in a team.

You ideally with need a professional qualification in QS (Bsc/Msc/equivalent) withexperience in both private and public sectors. Estimating experience is desirable but not essential.

You will need to have the ability to confidently use computers/systems, being organised and have a dedicated approach to learning, developing and progressingyour career.
