About the team


The incident, problem, and event management team at Worldpay plays a crucial role in ensuring the uninterrupted operation of one of the world's leading Financial IT organizations.

Our dedicated team will work around the clock to monitor and swiftly respond to any incidents or problems that may arise within Worldpay's complex network of systems and services.

With our expertise in identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions, we can effectively minimize downtime and maintain the high level of service expected by Worldpay's clients.

Through proactive event management strategies, we are able to anticipate, plan for, and mitigate potential disruptions before they escalate into major issues.

What you will be doing

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the incident management team in identifying, analyzing, and resolving incidents in a timely manner
  • Managing a group of incident management resources
  • Developing and implementing incident response processes and procedures
  • Coordinating communication with internal and external stakeholders during incidents
  • Managing and prioritizing incident response activities to minimize impact on business operations
  • Conducting postincident reviews and analysis to identify areas for improvement
  • Providing guidance and support to team members during incident response activities
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure effective incident response across the organization

What you bring

Strong communication skills:

An Incident Management Lead must be able to effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including team members, management, and external parties.


  • Problem-solving abilities: The ability to quickly analyze complex situations and make decisions under pressure is essential for an Incident Management Lead.

Leadership skills:
