Your New Role

As the Group Director for HSEQ at Ramboll, you will oversee the comprehensive HSEQ activities, which encompass health and safety programs, quality control, environmental stewardship, and ISO certifications. Success in this position hinges on your expertise in HSEQ matters and your adeptness at fostering effective collaborations with various HSEQ units within Ramboll's global business divisions.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Providing a clear sense of purpose and steering the Group HSEQ team within the Operational Excellence sphere.
  • Cultivating a culture of adherence to standards, fostering ongoing enhancements in health and safety practices, employee well-being, and environmental concerns.
  • Championing health and safety leadership through campaigns, mental health initiatives, training programs, and incident investigations.
  • Overseeing H&S incident inquiries, including the implementation of corrective and proactive measures.
  • Maintaining Ramboll's ISO certifications through meticulous planning, conducting external and internal audits, and collaborating with other Group Functions to realize Ramboll's mission of becoming 'The Partner for Sustainable Change'.
  • Ensuring robust governance and processes for HSEQ in the Group, enhancing and sustaining related criteria, providing support, and tools.
  • Promoting engagement among Ramboll's business units, particularly HSEQ Leads and organizations, and other pertinent stakeholders.
  • Delivering pertinent HSEQ performance reports to regulatory bodies, clients, the Ramboll Group Executive Board, and executive management within Ramboll's business units.

Your New Team

In this role, you report to the Senior Group Director for Operational Excellence and Health & Safety. You become part of a team focused on implementing comprehensive operational procedures, tools, and governance at Ramboll to facilitate effective global cooperation in pursuit of client objectives.
