Global HR Business Partner (APAC & Middle East)

Based in Bristol (2 days a week in office)

Paying Up to £90k + Bonus + Benefits


LHH Recruitment Solutions HR team are working with a renowned professional services company who is looking for an experienced Global HR Business Partner to join their team based in Bristol.

You'll be someone who thrives on developing strong relationshipswhich allow you to be seen as a trusted advisor.

You'll be comfortable with ambiguity and change and have the gravitas to hold your own in discussions with senior stakeholders.

You'll be part of an ambitious and supportive people team during a really importanttime as we evolve our function and set ourselves up for the future.


What you will be doing?

  • Work in line with global business strategic objectives, to proactively support the development of the business and its people within area of responsibility.
  • To act as true business partner to senior stakeholders, shaping and influencing their thinking on people issues, managing and proactively resolving all aspects of the employee life cycle.
  • Lead HR Business Partnering responsibility for the assigned client group(s) and to be a key point of contact for HR consultancy services.
  • Bring commercial and pragmatic HR expertise to discussions with key stakeholders, partnering with colleagues across the whole HR function to design and deliver well thought through people solutions for your aligned client group.
  • To ensure best practice is followed by providing effective professional HR (Human Resources) advice and guidance in line with current legislation and global company policies and procedures.
  • Lead on HR projects for the whole business, diagnosing needs and developing solutions e.g approach to talent identification and management, employee engagement, change management
  • Provide trusted one to one guidance to stakeholders on HR matters.

What are we looking for?

  • Degree level education or equivalent, CIPD or MCIPD
  • Experience in operating globally as a HR Business Partner, with the confidence to deal with difficult stakeholders and push back.
  • Good Knowledge of UK & Global employment legislation.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and business partnering.
  • Delivery to deadlines and data management and reporting.
  • Resourcing planning and partnering with internal hiring team.
  • Ability to Influencing and driving the HR People plan with measured outcomes.
  • Ability to work proactively across the business and HR function with mínimal intervention.
  • Experienced operating within APAC & middle East would be an advantage
