About the Role:


  • Ensure successful and timely delivery of project customer orders while prioritizing customer satisfaction
  • Manage and negotiate with suppliers and customers effectively
  • Attend both internal and external kick-off meetings
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure prompt delivery of customer order information
  • Efficiently manage contractual requirements, including financial, technical, quality, and safety aspects
  • Create detailed manufacturing schedules and progress reports
  • Monitor project costs and handle invoicing processes
  • Make informed decisions that benefit both the project and the company
  • Attend project meetings to track progress and suggest areas for enhancement


Desired Candidate Profile:


  • Educational background in A Levels, BTEC, HNC, HND, or higher
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Understanding and experience of manufacturing processes (qualification in Mechanical engineering beneficial)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and project management software
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and diligent
  • Ability to develop project schedules
  • Knowledge of piping equipment and manufacturing processes
  • Familiarity with quality control, inspection activities, and Health & Safety standards
  • Experience with MRP systems is advantageous
  • Hands-on experience is desirable
