We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join the team of an exciting business based in the Dudley area.

This position will be supporting the Sales Ledger team that they have there and will be responsible for looking after invoicing, cashallocation, query resolution and a range of other responsibilities as well as supporting the Purchase Ledger team with ad-hoc responsibilities.

This position is looking to get started as soon as possible, so we are ideally looking for people who are eitherimmediately available or on a one week notice.


Ideally, you will:

  • Have a relevant qualification, such as an AAT or a degree, this is to ensure you have the necessary knowledge of these tasks.
  • Be confident on excel, there is a lot of processes that are managed on excel and a good understanding of this program will be beneficial.
  • Have previous experience within finance such as invoicing and reconciliations.
  • Be immediately available as the client is ideally wanting the correct person to start as soon as possible.
