Night Care Assistant

  • We have a night carer position which is for 3 shifts per week i.e. 30 hours. Our shift times are 9.00pm to 7.00am.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide overnight care and support to residents.
  • Assist with personal care tasks, including toileting and grooming.
  • Respond promptly to residents' calls for assistance.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment during the night.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure residents' needs are met.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a night care or support role.
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (desirable).
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance.
