Key Responsibilities include:

  • Full JIEB IP Licence holder (appointment taker)
  • Leading and motivating teams
  • Taking full responsibility for quality of case progression
  • Managing a caseload of both corporate and personal insolvency work
  • Provide clear updates to Directors regarding case progress
  • Managing case strategy and relevant case files
  • Dealing with contentious creditor claims and case matters
  • Monitoring work in progress and costs
  • Assisting with client meetings and sale of assets

Person Specification:

  • 6 to 10 years of insolvency experience
  • Fully JIEB qualified
  • Organised, reliable, and adaptable
  • Enthusiastic team player with excellent communication skills
  • A strong work ethic and honest approach
  • Ability to keep calm under pressure
