As part of the Business Services Department you will be part of the glue that holds the organisation together, providing unparalleled service and advice to stakeholders across the organisation to enable us to achieve our strategic aims.


We now have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our team as an
Executive Assistant by providing a pro-active efficient service to the CEO and Chair, providing a bridge between management, staff and stakeholders.


About you

  • Experience of complex business administration
  • Successful experience of managing multiple tasks concurrently, meeting the required standards and deadlines
  • Operates with high integrity
  • IT Literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • An eye for detail and ability to follow through and complete tasks under pressure

What will you be doing?

  • Providing a secretarial and administrative service to the CEO, and Chair, producing high level documentation and a robust support system including providing a holding role in their absence.
  • Providing confidential administrative support for Board and Executive Meetings minute taking, communicating events to diaries
  • Organising and managing all elements of corporate events for the CEO liaising closely with relevant employees, venues and suppliers to ensure each event successfully meets the brief and budget.
  • Assisting in the administration relating to International Relations, including the arrangement of attendance at congresses. Organising visits from other overseas governing bodies.
  • Monitoring the CEO's mailbox on their behalf, disseminating correspondence where appropriate.
