Express Recruitment are delighted to be supporting our award-winning Financial Services client in their search for an experienced Administrator to join their growing Administration team.


This is an excellent role for someone with previous admin experience, offering a fantastic salary of up to c£24,000, a private health insurance scheme and the opportunity for regular hybrid working.

Duties will include performing effective diary management, arranging client meetings and other general administrative tasks.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the diary on behalf of colleagues
  • Liaise with clients to schedule appointments between themselves and client's consultants
  • Record and upload notes to company systems
  • Support the wider team with general administrative duties

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience within similar role
  • Polite and professional telephone manner
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience within professional services advantageous
