Skanska, is a leading project development and construction group, that focuses on building a better society. Skanska's teams work closely with hospitals to reduce energy use and waste disposal costs.
We are in need of an Administration Officer to join our team at Kings Mill Hospital in Mansfield. As the Administration Officer, you will provide support to the Operational Team at Kings Mill Hospital, Newark General Hospital, and Mansfield Community Hospital.
- You'll:
- Ensure timely action on sub-contractor purchase orders and uplifts in line with financial policies.
- Keep all databases/spreadsheets up to date.
- Liaise with sub-contractors for task completion timelines.
- Close down tasks after receiving service reports, ensuring they are scanned into the system.
- Keep the system updated with task interruption information and produce reports as needed.
- Communicate with Maintenance Supervisors/Team Leaders regarding task interruptions and timelines.
- We are looking for:
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role.
- Excellent IT skills, Office 365 knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to work flexibly to meet service demands.
- High standard of customer care skills.
