What Will Your Responsibilities Include?

  • Providing professional and impartial mortgage & protection advice
  • Advising on various types of cover such as life cover, critical illness cover, income cover, and family income benefit to ensure comprehensive protection for customers
  • Delivering exceptional customer service by guiding clients through their mortgage journey
  • Keeping up-to-date with market trends and complying with relevant regulations and FCA requirements
  • Collaborating with lenders, estate agents, introducers, and solicitors as needed to ensure a seamless process for customers

About You:

  • Ambitious, proactive, and confident individual
  • Dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in providing regulated mortgage advice
  • Hold a Full CeMAP or CII qualification or an equivalent
