Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new staff members, ensuring alignment with organizational values and service standards.
  • Manage guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally, striving to exceed expectations and resolve any issues effectively.
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and storage of supplies to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for revenue growth, cost control, and profitability.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, morale, and a culture of excellence among staff members.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant setting.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for exceeding guest expectations and resolving issues effectively.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu items, preparation methods, and service techniques.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining quality, consistency, and cleanliness standards.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Relevant certifications or training in food safety, hospitality management, or related fields are a plus.
