Responsibilities

  • Delivering exceptional customer service with a smile and a customer centric experience throughout the passenger airline touch points in the terminal.
  • Check in & boarding activities.
  • Ability to work as part of a team

  • Ensure service level agreements are met to ensure the highest level of service is offered to our customer.
  • Implement standard SOP and operating standards to help showcase Red Handling a Fenix Logistix company as a new growing ground handling company that can be recognized by its standard of work and delivery.
