Job Overview


To provide an administrative financial service for Craft Translation which involves invoicing, Work In Progress (WIP) management and credit control.


Responsibilities

  • Raising a high volume of invoices for Craft Translation clients based on weekly invoicing reports;
  • Ensuring that monies are collected as prescribed in client agreements;
  • Reviewing Work In Progress and ensuring costs are billed and recovered accordingly;
  • Closing completed jobs in a timely manner;
  • Responding to adhoc queries from other IPG and nonIPG entities;
  • Regular meetings with the Account Team and Commercial Team to provide updates on billing;
  • Provide commentary on aged debtors and WIP for monthend reporting.
From time to time the Company will require modifications within the roles and responsibilities of this position. There may be additional duties assigned by the Company at any time.

Skills and Abilities required

  • Experience of SAP or other similar ERP system would be a distinct advantageous
  • Selfstarter who sets high personal standards & takes personal responsibility for delivering first class service and product
  • A keen eye for detail and an approach that is both organised and questioning are prerequisites.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal in a way that is both impactful and easily understandable by a financial and nonfinancial audience
  • Ability to interact and engage with business colleagues and adopt a collaborative approach to problem solving.
  • This is a Junior level position
