You will be based in the Oxford/ Hampshire Region.

The Job


You will supervise all training and compliance on a day-to-day basis, liaising directly with the operatives and the Management Team.

It is a site-based role, and you will be responsible for site audits, improving the quality and compliance of operatives, training new operatives and ensuring operatives are trained to a high standard.


Key responsibilities as our Operational Support include:

  • TMO Compliance checking (i.e., RAMS On/off Hire sheets, damage sheets) via tablets
  • Site Audits
  • Monitor Stock Levels and report any shortages.
  • Assist Liaise with client on presiting and post site meetings.
  • Ensure works comply with client, Lantra and HSE legislations.
  • Report any incidents / accidents, near misses.
  • Attend client and supplier meetings as and when required.
  • Development of Traffic Management Operatives, signing them off as competent in all aspects of TM
  • Understanding and complying with relevant health and safety standards

Skills and Qualifications required:

  • Holder of a Full UK Drivers Licence
  • Minimum M6 relevant qualifications and experience
  • Works well as part of a team
  • Sound judgement and problemsolving skills
  • Commercial and contractual awareness
  • Good organisation skills
