among others, and a couple of new ventures on the horizon it's a great time to join our teaThe Eagle Lodge has been an iconic landmark in Bishopbriggs since 1958.

Today the venue incorporates the Oregano restaurant, a large outdoor terrace and several function suites.

The Role:


As a
Sales & Marketing Assistant you will be tasked with administrative duties which support the existing management team and assisting with the development and execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, and events.

The role will see you interact with customers on a daily basis both in person and over the phone. Excellent customer service is essential to this role.


On a daily basis you will work closely with the Events Team at The Eagle Lodge and the Senior Management of The R Group Restaurants & Bars.


Typical duties include:

- compiling and distributing information such as websites, marketing material and social media releases
- monitoring social media accounts, creating content and responding to messages
- strategically contacting potential guests with marketing material
- contributing ideas to marketing campaigns
- compiling and distributing financial information
- writing marketing and website text
- assisiting with organising events
- assisting with promotional activities
- liaising with external agencies
- helping to organise market research

Your working hours are likely to be regular, 10.00am-5.00pm, over 5 days between Monday - Sunday. You may need to work late when deadlines are approaching or if you need to attend events.

Salary:
Up to £10.50 per hour
