Description

  • Accurate coding and posting of supplier invoices
  • Coding and posting of credit card and direct debit payments
  • Coding and posting of court PbA invoice
  • Maintenance of supplier data; amending existing / creating new suppliers
  • Review and reconciliation of supplier statements of account
  • Payment of staff expenses
  • Contribute to the delivery of agreed service levels by achieving own objectives effectively
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships both internally and externally
  • Take ownership for own selfdevelopment and participate in all forms of designated training.
  • Follow agreed processes, policies, and procedures to ensure quality and service standards are met.

Profile

  • Legal Cashier or Purchase Ledger experience
  • Minimum 5 GCSE's (including Math's and English)
  • Previous experience working in a law firm is desirable
  • Be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, in a professional and personable manner
  • Possess excellent numerical skills with attention to detail
