Predominantly home based but must be able to travel to the office in South Ealing if needed

Hours: 9am to 5pm


Are you a recruitment administrator wanting to make a difference in your next role? A mental health focused charity run company that offers support for adults, children and young people is looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Administrator to providehands on support and liaison with hiring managers.

If you have experience with drafting job descriptions, writing and posting adverts and have the unwavering confidence to take the lead on the administration and onboarding of applicants, then please read on.


The Recruitment Administrator role will include.

  • Supporting the team and hiring managers with recruitment and onboarding of new starters
  • Preparing, checking and proofreading advertisements, and placing job advertisements on the relevant recruitment websites
  • Consulting with external/third party suppliers/agencies on recruitment of specific roles
  • Support the administration of interview arrangements and advising on and maintaining/updating the relevant recruitment websites
  • Joining interview panels and support the onboarding process as and when needed

What we are looking for in a Recruitment Administrator:

  • Prior experience in HR, administration, or other HR positions, including knowledge of HR functions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills for communicating with staff, clients and visitors
  • Good standard of Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and knowledge of HRMS
  • Outstanding organisational and timemanagement abilities with the capacity to problem solve and make aptitude decisions
  • Ability to manage own workload, multitask and prioritise work, very organised and meet deadlines.

Desirable:

  • HR Credentials ideally CIPD Level 3 or above
  • Experience using or NHS jobs would be ideal
  • Experience using BreatheHR or iHASCO would be ideal
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
