For our division Unilin Flooring - Carpet Tiles we are looking for a Sales Support Officer in our showroom in London (Clerckenwell area).

You play a critical role in providing valuable support to the sales reps to ensure smooth operation of the team and positive customer experience.

You increase sales performance and efficiency by supporting in providing samples, receiving customers in the showroom and by doing business development.


Your job responsibilities include:

  • Organize and coordinate customer visits in the showroom.
  • Prepare and send samples to customers, also responsible for inventory management and restocking.
  • Helping the sales team to develop new leads by identifying and contacting (cold calling) potential customers. You schedule appointments for the sales reps with new potential customers.
  • You provide support to customers (and the sales reps) about products and services.
  • You manage customer bonus and rebate agreements and do the coordination of answers to tenders.

Who are you?:

  • You have a higher education.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is considered a plus.
  • You have experience with SAP, ERP and CRM systems. Proficiency with MS Office systems and tools (particularly Excel).
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and a customer centric mindset.
  • You are a good communicator, and are willing to continuously learn about our products.
  • Organization and teamwork are essential for the success in this role.
  • Affinity with interior design in office, education or hospitality is a plus. #LI-LV3
