They are currently teaming up with BMS Performance to recruit new talent for their sales teams.
What to expect in this role:
As a Sales Development Executive, your main focus will be on selling to on-trade venues like bars, restaurants, and hotels, with plenty of face-to-face client interactions. This position covers the Oxford, Swindon, and Gloucester areas.
You'll receive comprehensive training, both in classrooms and on-the-job, alongside the current sales staff.
Once you're up to speed, you'll be responsible for expanding the customer base by showcasing the product range and convincing clients to make purchases.
Successful performance can lead to progression into Account Management or other opportunities within the company in the future.
What we're looking for:
This entry-level position doesn't require prior business-to-business sales experience.
The ideal candidate will be confident, excel in face-to-face communication, show resilience in challenging situations, and have a drive for self-improvement and career advancement.
University graduates and individuals with relevant backgrounds (e.g., car sales, customer service) are encouraged to apply.
