As the operators of the Crèche at the exclusive Wentworth Club, in Virginia Water,
we are looking to hire part time Creche Assistants to join our team.



Role - Creche Practitioner

Hours - Range of hours - Wednesday to Sunday

Pay - £11.44 an hour.

Your role as Creche Assistant will include:

Engaging children in entertaining and educational play through a variety of activities.
Supporting and assisting the Manager in planning and delivering a programme of activities.
Communicating with colleagues, clients, and parents professionally whilst promoting a positive client experience.

What Do I Need to Be a Crèche Assistant?

  • Ability to adapt to the changing needs of the children in our care
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Track record of building and developing teams
  • Experience working with children aged two to eleven years
  • Hold a Level 3 childcare qualification
  • Strong verbal, written, and social communication skills with diverse audiences (e.g. children, parents, and clients)
