As the operators of the Crèche at the exclusive Wentworth Club, in Virginia Water, **we are looking to hire part time Creche Assistants to join our team.**

**Role** - Creche Practitioner

**Hours - **13hrs week (Saturday & Sunday)

**Pay - **£12.68 an hour (qualified)

**Your role as Creche Assistant will include**:
Engaging children in entertaining and educational play through a variety of activities.
Supporting and assisting the Manager in planning and delivering a programme of activities.
Communicating with colleagues, clients, and parents professionally whilst promoting a positive client experience.

**What Do I Need to Be a Crèche Assistant?**
- Ability to adapt to the changing needs of the children in our care
- Strong customer service experience
- Track record of building and developing teams
- Experience working with children aged two to eleven years
- Hold a Level 3 childcare qualification
- Strong verbal, written, and social communication skills with diverse audiences (e.g. children, parents, and clients)
