Join one of the prominent independent distributors of timber, panels, and decorative surfaces in the UK. We are seeking a motivated Panel Sales Manager with expertise in wood-based sheet materials and a strong sales background. This role presents an exciting opportunity to expand business with an innovative and well-established panel importer and distributor.
Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise the Panel sales team's daily operations.
- Ensure the team meets sales, volume, and margin goals.
- Coordinate with the supply chain team and suppliers to manage stock efficiently.
- Engage actively in the workplace to foster teamwork and achieve success.
- Occasionally meet with customers and accompany representatives to enhance business relationships.
- Work full-time at the Yate offices from 08.00 am to 17.30 pm with a one-hour unpaid lunch break.
- Prior experience in Sales Management.
- In-depth knowledge of wood-based sheet materials.
- Demonstrated sales expertise and business development abilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work flexibly between home and office based on business requirements.
