- Help us scale and grow our technical expertise so that we can continue to provide an exceptional service to our growing client base
- Build longterm relationships with talented people and guide them through a seamless endtoend recruitment process.
- Partner with our hiring managers, senior leaders and operations to agree a clear attraction and interview process, provide insights such as salary benchmarking and talent mapping

Experience:
- You're an experienced technical recruiter with a track record of success
- Ideally with a knowledge of Aerospace Engineering recruitment and or volume recruitment

- You're an adaptable selfstarter someone who can use their own initiative to keep things running at pace and doesn't sit around waiting for answers to come to them
