As the Clinical Lead, your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the standard of care delivered by qualified care staff
  • Assisting the Manager in implementing all policies, procedures, and objectives
  • Monitoring the well-being of each resident, and ensuring new needs are met promptly
  • Acting as the main point of contact for residents, relatives, visitors, and health and social care professionals

The ideal candidate for the Clinical Lead role will be:
  • A qualified nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC pin
  • Committed to making a real difference in the lives of residents
  • Experienced in a similar role (desirable, but not essential)
