As the Clinical Lead, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the standard of care delivered by qualified care staff
- Assisting the Manager in implementing all policies, procedures, and objectives
- Monitoring the well-being of each resident, and ensuring new needs are met promptly
- Acting as the main point of contact for residents, relatives, visitors, and health and social care professionals
As the Clinical Lead, you'll receive:
