In this role, you will be at the forefront of the People Services Transformation, bringing expertise in data management and reporting processes.

Your responsibilities encompass configuring HR systems, ensuring compliance, and optimising reporting workflows. Conducting training sessions and driving continuous improvement, you will enhance reporting capabilities.

Leading the development of data dictionaries and collaborating with IT teams, you play a crucial part in maintaining data consistency and resolving system issues.


Key Skills and Experience:
5+ years of experience.

Demonstrated experience as a Data & Reporting SME in successful HRIS implementations, showcasing a track record of delivering effective solutions.

Strong understanding of data management principles, ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and relevance.
Experience in configuring and optimising reporting functionalities within HR systems, adapting solutions to meet evolving business requirements.
Ability to provide comprehensive training and support to end-users, ensuring the effective utilisation of reporting tools.
Practical experience with HR platforms such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, Ceridian, etc., highly valued for immediate contribution.
Proven experience analysing data requirements, documenting reporting specifications, and collaborating with stakeholders.
Track record of leading the development and maintenance of data dictionaries, ensuring data consistency across the organisation.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve data and reporting issues.
Proficiency in Excel.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide in-depth subject matter expertise on data management and reporting processes, ensuring a thorough understanding of industry best practices.

Collaborate closely with project teams to configure and optimise reporting functionalities in HR systems, tailoring solutions to meet specific business needs.

Ensure that reporting processes align with industry best practices and compliance standards, fostering data integrity and security.
Support the design and implementation of efficient reporting workflows, streamlining processes to enhance productivity and accuracy.
Conduct training sessions to educate end-users on reporting system functionalities, empowering them to utilise the tools effectively.
Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement in data management and reporting processes, contributing to the evolution of system capabilities.
Analyse data requirements, working closely with stakeholders to define and document reporting specifications.
Lead the development and maintenance of data dictionaries, ensuring data consistency and clarity across the organisation.
Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve data and reporting issues, ensuring system functionality.
