Key Responsibilities of the Service Quality Specialist:

  • Define and implement quality metrics across the after-sales service operation.
  • Drive continuous improvement and ensure process consistency by engaging stakeholders and partners.
  • Take charge of resolving quality issues, utilizing proven methodologies to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct annual audits to ensure adherence to procedures and policies by service partners.
  • Collaborate with product and after-sales teams to address any product quality concerns.

Required Skills & Experience of the Service Quality Specialist:

  • Ability to analyze data to spot quality trends and support decision-making (Salesforce experience preferred).
  • Prior experience in process or product quality management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage supplier quality through a collaborative approach.
  • Educational background in Electronics, Production, or Business Management.
  • Secondary school qualifications in English, Maths, Science, and two other subjects.
  • Willingness to travel within EMEA, proficiency in MS Office.

Desirable Skills & Experience of the Service Quality Specialist:

  • Proficiency in additional languages.
  • Hybrid working model: 3 days in the office, flexible start time (between 8-10am), 2 days WFH, 35-hour workweek.
  • Base salary of £60,000 plus a 21% quarterly bonus scheme, primarily dependent on performance, total salary of £72,600.
  • Benefits include provided lunch and breakfast, pension, benefits portal, 25 days of holiday, free parking, life cover, medical insurance, permanent health insurance, tuition reimbursement, and pet-friendly workplace.
