Full-time, Mon - Fri, 8.45am - 5pm


Hybrid working available

The Role:

  • Handling businesstobusiness calls through an inhouse dialling system
  • Offering a firstclass service experience to clients
  • Developing business, client prospecting and building a successful pipeline
  • Booking in appointments with clients for field sales executives to attend
  • Coordinating diaries for field sales executives, making sure they are able to attend each visit booked in within enough time, and managing this via their online diary
  • Working towards and achieving set KPI's
  • Maintaining a professional manner when speaking to clients at all times

You will need:

  • Confident with the ability to think on your feet
  • Be an excellent communicator on the telephone
  • Selfmotivated and ability to manage own workload
  • Be proactive and able to multitask
  • Be sales oriented and targetdriven
  • Positive and committed attitude
