Do you have Recruitment/HR experience?
The Recruitment Hub Pilot is an exciting new project at the University of Oxford focussed on improving the approach to recruitment activity.
The day to day duties you will be involved with include arranging job interviews, creating employment contracts from templates, posting job adverts online and across social media and providing admin support to the Head of Recruitment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Delivering excellent customer service, act as first point of contact for enquiries from job applicants and hiring managers
- Provide effective, efficient and accurate administrative support including responsibility for mailbox management.
- Conduct new starter checks, prepare standard letters of appointment, contracts and all associated contractual paperwork.
- Experience of working with and using a HR system for managing recruitment activity (all systems considered)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team will mínimal supervision
- Ability to clearly and accurately communicate verbally and in writing
- Demonstrable ability to prioritise workload and produce accurate, detailed contracts of employment from set templates
- Experience of providing good customer service
- Awareness of Data protection and able to work with discretion when dealing with confidential information
- Experience of administering recruitment campaigns would be highly desirable
- Experience of using social media professionally for recruitment activity would also be highly desirable
The Temporary Staffing Service supports University of Oxford departments and affiliated colleges with the recruitment of temporary admin and clerical staff.
