Job Title: Business Central Support Consultant

Reports to: Technical Support Team Lead

Location: Role can be based from our Manchester, Leeds, or Reading offices (Remote working option)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours, 9 am to 5.30 pm, 60-minute lunch break

Role Focus:

We are seeking a Business Central Support Technician to join our expanding team. This role entails providing outstanding 1st and 2nd line software support to a diverse customer base.

As a support technician, you will manage workloads efficiently, offer support to colleagues, and adhere to operational agreements and service desk SLAs.

You will collaborate with team members, leaders, and other teams to swiftly resolve customer service issues to ensure customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Act as a point of escalation for service tickets when necessary.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer-facing and communication skills.
  • Maintain detailed notes on support tickets and solutions.
  • Support functional reviews of customer solutions and share knowledge within the team.
  • Participate in customer onboarding activities.
  • Manage support tickets end-to-end with professionalism in communications.

  • Effective time management and meeting deadlines consistently.
  • Strong communication skills for client and team interactions.
  • Proven experience in a support role and ticket management.
  • 2+ years of supporting customers and software platforms.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and passion for learning.
  • Client-oriented and team player with problem-solving abilities.

Highly Preferred:

  • Experience with Dynamics NAV/Business Central.
  • Knowledge of Dynamics NAV application areas, Warehousing, and Manufacturing.
