About Our Client:

A leader in their field

  • Support the administration and evaluation of HR activity across the business, designing delivering effective data capture, reporting and business insights capability to translate into effective and commercially focussed solutions, (for example D&I, engagement, wellbeing, turnover etc.) consistently reviewing
  • Undertake a review of all current data and work with key stakeholders, including Risk & Compliance, to ensure that the data we house is accurate and conforms to all required legislative standards, for example GDPR
  • Undertake effective data capture and reporting from various systems (including SharePoint, Qlik, Recruit Genie and Fourth), to support the timely provision of key data to stakeholders, working collaboratively across the People team
  • Support the implementation of additional or alternative systems as required, including but not limited to a new HR system, ATS and benefits platform, employee survey platform in relation to data and administrative support
  • Undertake all administration associated with our Company benefits, Employee of the Quarter, Annual Awards, and our annual salary review process
  • Provide administrative support to our regular cycle of engagement surveys, including running reports and data capture
  • Promoting and creating business communications on our employee app and other communication channels
  • Support the Head of People Operations & Projects on adhoc projects or activities as required

The Successful Applicant:

  • Experience of working in a fastpaced, agile environment, balancing a varied and highvolume workload
  • Numerate with strong problemsolving skills and a proactive approach
  • Organisational skills with great attention to detail and an outstanding service delivery mindset
  • Hands on practical approach, with the ability to carry out operational tasks quickly and accurately
  • Proven skills in building positive and open relationships with the ability to work in a team environment and with many stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to modify communication style to meet the needs of multiple stakeholders
  • Proficient in various IT systems including Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook and HRIS, with a positive approach to using systems and technology
