Are you a skilled Hydrogeologist eager to advance in your career? An esteemed organization in the water industry is searching for a Senior Hydrogeologist to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out thorough UGS desk-studies, field tests, and generate technical reports to offer senior technical specialist assistance.
- Aid in down-hole UGS CCTV and geophysics investigations.
- Assess and manage UGS asset condition, raw water quality, and performance data.
- Ensure inclusion of UGS risks and requirements in the company risk process and contribute to associated risk meetings.
- Identify UGS base-maintenance necessities and assist in asset planning.
- Deliver hydrogeological technical specialist support to UGS projects.
- Collaborate with the Environment Agency and Local Authorities when needed.
Skills and Competencies:
- Background in Water Supply related tasks.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Exceptional report writing and presentation abilities.
- Proficient in Hydrogeological Software, MS Excel, Word, and GIS tools like MapInfo/ArcGIS/QGIS.
Qualifications:
- MSc in Hydrogeology or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in Geology, Environmental Science, or Earth Science with relevant extensive experience.
- Chartered status in a relevant field preferred or a readiness to pursue it.
